Threaten from Tata Docomo

Dear Sir ,
I Jalindar Shinde residency Dunetha,Nani Daman.
My Tata Photon no 9227512607, I was registered complaint for speed & connectivity on 24/01/2014 ref no 398443845, customer care reply “your service request for photon no 9227512607 is raised . Resolution will done by 24 jan.14 “ but no any person from company contact me .
Another day I ask for customer care about problem they replayed again “person will come early to meet you. No any person contact me within 3 days on 27/02/2014 sms from Docomo sent me that “your complaint is closed “ Than I ask for customer care “ if you are not interested to solve problem than closed my service before 30/02/2014 I will pay bill amount before due date. They reply again that person will meet to you . I request them to close service they said for closing service require 8 to 10 days I replay to them I will not paid another due payment . after some days, call from Docomo ask for payment I tell them I will paid only 1 month’s payment. Then upto date no any person from Tata Docomo come meet me . they only sent sms for payment. Before 3 month I also complaint for lost my photon modem but I think company not took seriously .But now company pressurized to payment which raised to RS 2251/- now company talk to send notice from Delhi court for this matter .
Pl look in this matter it is very serious for me.

    dear sir i got the same threatening from docomo……….my problem is just as same of urs..device was nt working , then no one bothered to resolve the problem, now even after disconnection request a new bill was generated , then when i denied to pay the bill i am being threatened by docomo personal that i have to go to delhi court tommorow itself and pay almost a penalty of a lac of rs becoz i refused to pay a bill of rs 3000…………they also said that they send me a summon………………….when i told them to mail me all the documents then the person from docomo denied for it saying that the case is not filed yet it would be filed tomorrow ….when i asked him that when the case is not filed how can u send a summon(as they said tht they send a summon which i didnot even recive)……………….then i was threatened by them saying that police would be send by them to arrest me within 2hrs…
