Threat calls fom Vodafone – Santosh M (9886999370)

My name is Ritesh Gupta. I have been using Vodafone services for last 3 years. For last few days I have been receiving threat calls from Vodafone collection agency, through an agent named Santosh M calling by the number 9886999370.

This was done to make sure I pay the wrong amount Vodafone charged me during my last few days of using their services in Karnataka. The guy had called up my sister and father and used threats and abusive language.

I called up vodafone collection agent Suresh (M:9886999435) and he said he doesn’t know who called but still wants me to make the payment irrespective of the matter. I called up Vodafone customer care, but they were not willing to give me in writing that the number did not belong to a Vodafone agent.

In the end I paid the wrongly charged amount. Hopefully they will stop harassing my family now. I wish there was some action I could take against the person who threatened my family. Please help.
