Dear Sir,
I am SHASHI BALA was using mobile # of airtel.My mobile # 9872993417.Due to some incident in my family i could pay bill on time.I make Request to customercare of the said Company about my problem.The actual amount was near about Rs 400/-.Company sent bill of Rs 1600/-.The Rocovery agent name HARPAL SINGH now threat me if you will not pay amount he will give Report to Police.
My husband is doing work in other state & i am living alone in my home.
Please help me in this matter.I ma ready to pay actual amont to service provider.
