I had attempted to book 2 tickets for a Movie in PVR Cienmas,jalandhar through their website costing 330INR. During the booking process, upon feeding in my debit card details and submitting to confirm the booking, it showed me a error stating the transaction failed due to technical difficulties. However, upon cross checking with my debit card bank, i’m being told that i did have a paid of 330INR to PVR Cinemas for PVR to clain the money, i contacted their Customer service number at 01244708080 and no one piks the phone. i want to be refunded, i can produce each and every document neccery.
