This company surviving me from last 8 months

This is a job consultancy services, I had registered here on 5 feb 2012 and they promised to conducted 4-5 interviews per month, but they didn’t conduct even one interview. Whenever I called up them, they always ignore me and whenever I reached their office excused for lack of time and busyness.
