Gati service is absolutely unrealiable. They were supposed to pick up my items and deliver it to Kolkata, I have been calling them for the past three days. Each day they promise they will come but they never do. I wait all day. Now they are saying they will most likely not be able to come tomorrow and pick up my luggage. Tomorrow I am leaving the city and my luggage will be in Delhi. I have no idea what I can do.
