I had to recieve a letter from chennai from Citibank which they delivered by First Flight and it has been more than 5 working days I have not recieved any letter and I keep calling the Cust Service on 01139444444 and 01130936666 but no one answered except once on 5th of aug when they told me that I will recieve the letter by 6th. but no one turned up yet
