They sent product which is not working

Location/place: Kolkata

Name of company/service: SBI card/ Bajaj electricals

I recieved one rice cooker (Bajaj make) through reedam of reward points from SBI cards. that product is not working since dya one. i am tring with Bajaj as well as SBI cards but nobody is doing nothing.
