They don’t provide details of the balance

Hello,

On 26th July I had balance around 60 RS, and when I wake up on 27th my balance was 00.00. I tried to call customer care, one the representative said the information isn’t updated yet and he immediately disconnected call. I again called them and another representative said I have made the calls, and he was giving me the list of numbers where call duration was less than a minute and they were not too many calls. Till the end he didn’t said the where exact my balance disappeared. The airtel customer service is most absurd they don’t provide details and directly disconnect call in the middle. Does any body know how is the vodafone customer service? do they deduct balanace like this and by activating VAS automatically?
