they dont pick call for service ..

Name of company/service: aquafresh water purifier

i purchased a new aquafresh water purifier on 17july2013 at rs.8000..my water purifier stopped working yesterday 30july2013 now a day i call them to shootout the problem they says that at 4:00 pm the service executive come and clear the problem..
after the given time i call them but they dont pick the call i tryied 50-60 times but no reply…
