they didn’t fulfil their commitment

i am mrs. praneeta loiya w/o mr. swadesh loiya who worked in idbi bank as a manager live in waidhan singrauli (m.p.). i have buyed maruti suzuki wagonr vxi model from city cars waidhan before a month dated 07/03/13. at that time saleman lokesh & manager bhupendra committed to me that model onroad 4 lac 55 thousand including ragistration and some other accessories (seat cover & sterring cover) but they didn’t give me any written thing. and at that time they asoured me and committed before me but they take my husband’s
signature on voucher billing amount 4 lac 61 thousand forcely. but after one month they didn’t give my accessories & any other reciept related to payment and want more money. they said we didn’t committed anything before you. and said whenever you pay remaining 6000/- then they will give me ragistration.
