On 28th February 2013 I bought a mobile phone Nokia Lumia 820 with a Promotional Scheme of Vodafone for getting 3G data for 3 months even I got a message for the same from Vodafone in my phone, but its 24 March 2013 still they had not given me the data service. Even after my regular complaint they are just asking for 48hrs – 72hrs and after that they are clearing my complaint without providing me redressal i.e. without doing anything. Am fed up now don’t know what to do how to protect myself from being exploited by these telecommunication companies.
Even I had read all their terms and conditions whether that may be the reason but didn’t found anything there.

Even I had provided them all the documents to make them sure that I’m eligible for their offer scheme and even they are satisfied by all those documents but still they are not doing anything for my request. Please help me.
