I 2 HAVE BOOKED ONE 1 BHK BANK AUCTIONED PROPERTY FROM THEM .IN PROCESS I PAID THEM 6,50,000 INITIALLY BUT AFTER TAKING AMOUNT THEIR OWNER MR SURAJ CHAUBEY NEVER TAKE MY CALL AND WHEN I START CALLING HIM IN OTHER NUMBER HE PICKS UP AND REASON SOME CHILDHISH OR NON PROFESSIONAL EXCUSE. WHEN THE SITUATION GOT REPEATATIVE I PERSONALLY VISIT MY PROPERTY ADDRESS AND THROUGH INTENSE SCRUTINY I FOUND THE PROPERTY ALREADY PURCHASED BY THE ONE OF THE BUILDING RESIDENCE AND LAST PROCEDURE ARE BALANCED.THAT PARTICULAR PERIOD I CALLED HIM AND REPORTED THE MATTER WHICH HE TENTATIVELY ACCEPTED BUT OTHER WAY HE TOLD ME THE PROPERTY IS NOT IN THEIR POSSESION COMPLETELY AND HE IS TAKING THE BURDEN OF A HANDLING OVER TO ME.AFTER WATCHING HIS ANTICS FOR LAST THREE MONTH AND LOOKING AT PRESENT CONTROVERSERY I NOT EVEN HAVE SINGLE DROP OF TRUST ON HIM AND I DEMAND TO REFUND MY ENTIRE AMOUNT WHICH THOUGH HE REFUNDED WITHOUT ANY DELAY BUT THE MENTAL HARSAMENT HE HAS GIVEN TO ME WAS IMMENSE AND THOSE 3 MONTH WAS SERIUOS NIGHTMARE FOR ME………… SO PLEASE DONT INVEST ANY AMOUNT TO HIM.I CANT CLAIM HIM CHEATER BUT HIS ATTITUDE AND BEHAVIOUR ARE HIGHLY QUESTIONABLE

I have invested in Green Acres – Mr. Shrikant Gadkari, Mr. John, i am following up for the property documents from last 7 months , but till date i have not received & now they are not answering my calls neither available in thier office.
Mr chetan even i am trying srikant gadkari,yogesh karande and sandy (sandeep singh) and they are such a sick person and their staff are giving me answers that they are in a new project so they are not available here in mumbai… they are making me fool from 1 year now i dont know how to take my hard earned money from them…when ever i did payment they were available in office now they are dissappeard… please suggest
I know well that they are very joler but one thing that if you have gut you go to their office & fight they will refund your amount but do it fast because by end of november they will pack their bussiness from mumbai.

hey this is true…i have visited their office and found they were selling property like hawkers sells tshirts on footpath.i was daam sure they were cheat but was sorry to see that sites like maakan.com and other will also some day fall in crime list with them, as they are doing this fraud business via them.we should educate people to avoid greedyness of collecting property as in near future rentals return and resale will not work
first of all stop trusting this websites which gives add on TV, as actually they are just the medium not the actual product company owner.
most of u must have approached them via maakan.com or some similar site but actually in society people consider more literate ppl and mostly IT people as (internet adict stupids). they called me and were selling a flat for 10 lakh and demanded 3 lakh first, i went physically on site and spoke to society person and came to know it have 4 lakh dues on society and 12 years electricity bill and its actual auction was on 30th april via LIC. I have asked a LIC person to get details and confirmed that direct auction from LIC is the way no agents were required in between and it was clear that all dues were to be settled by buyer so the property would cost around 18-20 lakh ……i found the new property in that area was 3 lakh cheaper then this one. actually i was very much aware one day in near future many literate pepole will find themselves cheated just bcos of shortcut way to be rich.
I appeal ppl please stop promoting wrong things there and there…as few illletrate have fooled a huge literate crowd..shame.

had registered my name in Makkan.com in month of April for Residence Flat .After 2 day i got a call from Mr Sunil (Amber Capro Real Acres Pvt Ltd.) He told me to visit our office i.e. in Satyam shivam shoppin centre, 2nd floor, 217 Nr Rly stn, Nallasopara (W). Next day myself and my wife visit to their office their i Met to Mr.Suraj Chaubey (Manager) and his Assistant Mr. Sunil. They told me you will get the property in your budget. They told me they deal in Bank Action Property. Mr. Suraj explain me that we are the Investor and we directly deal with bank and purchase the property in our name and we sell that property to customer, for this prodecure we take time for 3 to 4 months. Mr. Suraj told me you have to 30% down payment and rest 70% we provide you Bank loan. They gave me 2 to 3 address of property. And finally Myself and my wife selected one flat of Nallasopara (E) Ideal Park property which address is already mentioned in Agreement.
Next day again we visit to their office to deal the flat i deal with Rs. 800000 and gave 50000 cheque of Citi Bank in the Name of Amber Capro Real Acres Pvt Ltd.
After 1 week i provided another cheque of 50000 and after 2 days they give the Agreement of Memorandum of Understanding and Mr. Suraj promise we will make you update in 5 to 6 days. But he never call me for once also my self only visit to their office and they always tell me the excuse that Abhi time lagega court ka mamla hai. After 3 months they never recevie my call they alway avoid me. Mr.Sunil the Assistant of Mr Suraj that Suraj sir is out of town he will come after 10 days he know the update of your property we don’t know. i always went to their office they gave me same excuse and i never Met to Mr. Suraj Chaubey
Now from 3 weeks their office is closed and not responding my calls and message.
