My airtel customer id is : 3001382880
I was hell tired with pathetic service of airtel digital TV so I stopped using it and not making any recharge since 6 months
So yesterday the customer care lady was calling me and irritating me since morning she is calling again and again that please recharge you have a very good offer on 996 for one year you will get 25 channels free make it as soon as possible then she said please recharge before 4 pm so that we can activate your offer
And after I did that I called them they said our system is down we cant help
It was so irritating then why they want recharge before 4 if their system doesn’t work actually their system work only before the payment their customer care help only before payments after that their system doesn’t work
And she said I’ll get free channels that was a big joke as even my previous working channels stopped working they just make you fool by telling you about the offers now they are saying make a recharge 150 more and hopefully if I did that next day a issue will arise and they will ask more .All their offers are big fake their services are pathetic and their customer care executive are totally rude and unhelpful
