I face problem of unauthoritative deduction of my Phone balance from Reliance GSM (REL COM.) Many time.
My Number is +91-9016438868 and I Live in Surat, Gujarat.
Regarding to My complaint, always here from Customer care that their server are Down.
Today I contact customer care and ask that ” Is their Server working Fine ?) They reply with yes and when i queried about my balance deduction, their reply are ” Server Down and not able to give information”
After that I complaint to Nodal officer and they give me complaint No.206036528. Dt 18-7-2013
In All this Issue, Mobile service user always being cheated and in this way Mobile service provide get Business as well as with cheating and hacking of money from their customer and making(Mobile Service Provider) millions of rupee within few second.
This is our request, kindly make some rule which protect customer from such kind of cheating.
