TaxManager (taxmanager.in, with all its staff) is outright unruly, haughty and a band of robbers. I filed my return online on “taxmanager.in” on July 24, 2013 and ended up making the payment twice (using Netbanking) as the first transaction failed. I was charged twice and that charge is reflecting on my bank statement. I emailed them on 24th of July with all the required documents to show the duplicate charge. They did not respond. I emailed again on 27th of July, telling them that I am going to expose their deeds on social media, media and would use law if required to get my refund (even though it is not that big an amount). That fell on deaf ears. I talked to their so called “Customer Care” (correct name should be Customer, we don’t care) on 29th of July and I was told that I should send an email to “[email protected]” and not to “[email protected]” (which I took from their Support section). I sent the email the same day, but nobody responded. I then called their Customer Care again on 01st of August and I was given the blank refusal “I cannot help you with this matter” by 2 of their reps. and they asked me to send an email and that only their “Sir” would reply to my email. I told them that I sent emails twice, but there was no response even after 7-8 days. I asked them to put me through to their “Sir” and they kept repeating without listening to what I am saying “I cannot help and only Sir would reply to your email”. I asked them how are they running the company and if there is somebody responsible in the organization to listen, understand and address my concern. They replied by disconnected my call. There is no response from them to date. What should I do? Let it go like most of the Consumers do and because of which they are behaving in such a conceited manner.
