<p><b>Location/place</b>: Jammu</p><p><b>Name of company/service</b>: Naaptol</p>I had ordered a karbon kt 51 phone from naaptol worth rs.1799. I received the product in 3 days, but as i opened the packet,the phone was a defective one. I contacted naaptol and they told me to send the product back so that they can initiate refund. I sent the product back and when it reached there, they told me that the box was empty. I was very angry and it was the time when i understood the basic policy of naaptol. I straight away asked them that i am goin to register a case in the crime branch, they were shocked and asked me to confirm from the courier firm. As i was goin to cal them bak, i received a call frm them stating that my money has been approved for refund. After i sent them the bank details, i have not received the money yet. I want to tell naaptol authories that if i take all concerned call recordings from the concerned and they are enough to ban naaptol so i request them to refund my money as soon as possible. My order no. is 6383003 and the date is 28th ofapril,2013.
