dear sir, i’ve purchased sony xperia j mobile on 12/12/12,i have been encountering a problem in the device. its ear piece is not working after disconnecting the headset.i submitted the mobile in Accel frontline LTD in secunderabad which is a SONY authorized service center on 23/1/2013.they said that they’l recover the problem and deliver me the mobile within 15 days.but 20 days have passed but they are telling that it is still pending.so i would be thankful if you could help me out. thank you sir
