From 15th of June, site of TPC is showing that my packet has reached gurgaon. I was thinking that it will reach me either on 15th or on 16th but I didn’t recieved it. I called them they said they haven’t recieved it yet. I called after 2 days again, then they ask me to call after 15 minutes. I called no one was there to pick my call. Like this I am calling daily, till day before yesterday(25th June) they were saying they didn’t recieved it in gurgaon and yesterday they said that they had already delivere it to me. I don’t know what to do now. My courier is already 2 weeks late and now they are saying that they had already delivered it. Please advice me how I can take a strict action against them. It seems useless calling them again and again. Also when I said them that I’ll complaint against them in ConsumerFourm they said ‘ok firstly go and complaint then we will see whether we have recieved it or not’. Please help me out.
