The problem of civilians and public regarding the cows and buffalows etc left on streets this causes nusence and traffic problems sometimes accidents. Just now a miner but little accident occured but nothing went wrong. This is due to the ox and cow left on road. And hen also. Animals must be fed inside not on busy streets giving trouble to others. Do you want the people suffer.
