i had brought a tablet pc on 10.05.2012. ,order no 3924166,the same day i had found the charger is missing. i called up their customer care from the same day and their reply is the same. “we are sorry your complain has been registered and you will get the product within 7 working days” . i called up more than 50 times everytime the same reply. i dont know when will their 7 days expire. they are not taking the product back or even they are not giving the office address. i tried to bye the charger from outside but that is not available. my order no was 3924166.now the product is useless for me.last time i had brought a spypen from the same company and i dint get the instaltion c.d. i called them upto 6 months but no reply. i9 thought it was my bad luck. but when they are doing this everytime then its ovious that they are a frod company cheating customes. so i request to kindly register a complain against them.
