THE INTERNET NOT GIVE SPEED

I HAS ACTIVATED THE 2.5 GB GPRS PLAN OF RS 148. BUT THE SPEED VERY POOR THEY CANNOT ANY INTERNET PAGE, & I HAVE USED VIDEO CALLING BUT DUE TO ABSENT OF 3G I DOES NOT CALL & IF I CALL THE CUSTMER CARE THEY DIRECLY CALLED YOU CAN NOT USED THE VIDEO CALLING MY TATA DOCOMO NUMBER IS 8087373715
SO PLEASE TAKE ACTION FOR MY VIDEO CALLING
