The HDFC credit card people are troubling me for payment even after paying the usage amount.

Respected Sir/Madam,
The HDFC credit card people are troubling me for payment even after paying the usage amount. I have clearly explained the root cause of the problem and requested for last 2 years statements but they are not provided the required details.
The Actual problem is, two years back recovery has done on my card and I had paid the full amount what they said (I have the payment receipt with me), but the remaining amount is not cleared so far and not received NOC. Now the same amount is still continuing and became to 44K.
Last month one executive came to me along with only 18 months statements in which the recovery next month statement is missed, actually I have requested for that. We both (Executive and I) together reviewed all statements for purchase details & payments details and concluded that both are matched.
Now they are again troubling me for payment.
Please help me in this regards.
