I purchased a shoe from koovs.com on 3-August 2012 . I ordered size 4 but size 4.5 was shipped to me. As per koovs website, one can get 30-day exchange or return. But this policy is FAKE. Till date there has been no addressable to my complaint to their customer care. Their customer care executives behaves rudely and unable to resolve my complaint. They have even circulated my number to some unknown people outside who calls me and abuse. I want to lodge this consumer complaint against the company so that they don’t cheat any innocent in future. I want JUSTICE.
