The 1200 unlimited of no use

Location/place: Lucknow u.p

Name of company/service: Tata Docomo

I have been using this plan for my photon + for almost a year now.
I have been facing major network crisis since the past 1 month.
I tired their one and only customer care help line 1800 wali,which is always busy and I have called atleast 20 times continuously.
The network is so shabby that I was writing this complain using that photon but the network disappeared and fails to revive.
I hate this company and currently on the verge of loosing my job
Let me know how can I sue them

    resolved by any tentative date???
    I have been trying to resolve the issue for the past one month !!!!!!
    can u provide me d complaint no /ticket no so i cn check d progress??
