I would like to complain about Ferns N Petals. I placed an order for Rs. 12,500.00 worth of products to be delivered includig a guitarist. I was also ready to pay Rs. 500 extra for a specific delivery time, but was refused saying that the guitas=rist is only available in the noon time, so the delivery will be done by 12 noon. when i call on the day of delivery, im informed that the guitarist can only be available @ 9 p.m.!! so i ask for a manager, but im not transferred. They promise a call bak, but they dont call. I call again and get the guitarist cancelled and request for the rest of the products to be delivered. They promise to deliver by 4.30 but again they dont. The reason they give is that Mumbai was closed for 3 days!!!! finally speak to manager NIDHI Kapoor who admits abt the blunder and says we can only delievr at 7 pm. when the day is over…when i ask for compensation, she starts screaming at me and informs me that we r sorry but we cannot serve you anymore. Terrible service from Ferns N Petals.
