I ordered a jacket from this online clothing provider, and when it arrived, it was 2″ shorter in the back than in the front, and looked extremely silly. (It was also skimpily made out of not very good fabric, but that’s another matter.) They then asked me to send them many different kinds of photographs to prove my claim about the length, which I patiently did. Finally, without any apology — but without denying that the jacket was too short in the back, either — they simply told me to have it taken in by a local seamstress! Meanwhile, their website contains nothing but 5-star glowing tributes, and they did not post my own negative feedback. That alone constitutes dishonest business practice.
