Terrible Internet connectivity and customer support

Location/place: BANGALORE

Name of company/service: Hathway BroadBand

Hi All,
I stay in AECS layout bangalore. I have a Hathway internet connection of 1mbps upto 10gb then 256kbps. Since the start of August my speed was supposed to be upgraded but what I am getting is around 512 kbps. I keep calling the customer support, after 2 minutes of recorded rubbish, it keeps blabbering all executives are busy.. hold on!!…. phew. Never got connected to any till now.

To make things worse, since morning of Sunday,5th August ’12, the connection speed has been waning continuously to a pathetic of 5kbps, and that too with no one to complain since their EXECUTIVES are ever busy!!

I am utterly frustrated with this kind of support and connectivity. ALready paid my bills early this month…. feeling entirely cheated with this utterly rubbish HATHWAY ENTERPRISE.

ANyone who can take action please take.
