Termination of Connection

Location/place: Pune

Name of company/service: Tikona Brodband

I have request tikona care to terminate my connection of tikona broadband on 4th october 2012 & my request id is 1-2483652705 but there are approx 1 month passed but my tikona connection has not terminated.
Please solve this issue.
