In this connection please the Forum may refer to my complaints under reference No.49195/4/2012 dt 29/11/12 and 55241/4/2013 filed at the website address of Ministry of Consumers Affairs, Govt. of India. I have been struggling from various angles due to colluded act of miscreants(who intends evacuate my family to grab the house property and some bad elements in the Dept’s subordinate cadre employees. On my allegations of misuse and tapping the BSNL till date havve not taken any suitable steps though I am complaining since 2000-01. I lost my job at Tamilnadu Industrial Corporation Ltd in 2004 due to the chaos made by BSNL subordinate staff. Moreover I could not facilitate higher studies to my son and daughter.I have suffered financially, mentally and physically. I am aged 58 yrs without pension. Hence I had claimed suitable compensation in value of money to lead my further life. As I have not received any reply, I pray the Forum to take suitable action and for necessary compensation.
