Name of company/service: BSNL, Kolkata, 2556 exchange at Chiriamore on B T Road.
My Telephone No. 25563887 was not working and complain was lodged on 16.07.2012 vide No. 11506642625. Till date no service has been provided. Several times for several days it is trying to call DE(25582030), AE(25572020), Customer(25326665)PRO North(25552626), Grievance Cell(22304444)but no one pick the telephone. For your information, last bill was paid on 24.07.2012(within due date).
Kindly take necessary action and arrange to repair my telephone. You are also requested for reduction of rental for the period as no service is received by me.
