Telephone is dead since last one month

From last one month my land line phone is dead. Though I complained repeatedly to the local bsnl service centre and also filed complaint through online portal also no action was taken. I paid the telephone bill on yearly basis. For last 20 years we are using this land-line bsnl. I want to continue with this facility, but the bsnl is not considering my complaint.
