Telemarketing fraud to sell products from justdealsbazzar.com

I had received call from telemarketing guys from 92111 58276 (appears to be from Delhi region). They were selling some products for INR 7,960 and saying that I would get rewards points equivalent to the value of the products. The same can be utilised to pay my credit card. Then they said they would send me an email with a link to make payment. Within few seconds I received the email, which had following information for them:
“JUST HOLIDAYS
wz-61/16-a s/f New Delhi 110046
South West Delhi, Delhi
Email: [email protected]

Email had come from [email protected] and it also had Payumoney logo at the top. So, the transaction appeared to be genuine. Before making the payment, I had asked the telemarketing guys to provide me with email confirmation of the reward points. They sad the email confirmation will come immediately after making the payment. The telemarketing guy even promised me that they will initiate the refund if I don’t receive the rewards points. I did not feel wrongdoing as email had come from payumoney.

I made the payment, but I never received the email for reward points. I now had the feeling of being cheated. I called up payumoney at 0124 6793000 to request them not to process the payment and give me refund. They said that they were just acting as payment gateway and the payment has already been processed and I need to contact the merchant at [email protected]. I wrote to them, but there is no response so far. I then contacted the telemarketing guys at 92111 58276 and told them to cancel my order and refund my money. Now, they are saying that they cannot refund the money and I need to call up customer care at 011 32222891. I called up that number, they said money cannot be refunded and order will not be cancelled. I then asked if any rewards points were to be given against that purchase as promised by the telemarketing guys, to which they said NO. I asked them for their email id to drop them an email for cancellation. They gave me the email id as [email protected]. Now I realised that the products were actually being sold by justdealsbazzar.com. They are not ready to give me refund as they were never in the picture earlier. They are just saying that we only send email links based on requests from marketing teams and nowhere in the email they have mentioned the reward points. They said they don’t know these telemarketing guys. I am wondering how did I receive email while the telemarketing guy was still talking to me and email was sent to me within a matter of 2-3 seconds. I am sure even justdealsbazzar.com is also involved in these type of fraudulent transactions.

Don’t buy anything which comes from [email protected] or directly from justdealsbazzar.com. They are all linked and involved in such frauds and cheating.

Also, few years back similar scams were directly run by hotdealsbazzar.com. Appears to be the same group of people.
