TEL NO. 080-41425450 – IRREGULAR SERVICE FOR AIRTEL LAND LINE N BROADBAND SINCE PAST 2 YRS ALMOST

Hi …. Pls refer my complain regarding the same issue as below dated 6/7/13.

After the above complain also the issue remains unsolved. Its the hopeless service from airtel. After the above complain also we have made 4 more complains regarding the same issues. We do not have time do make complains n wait for your replies n wait for your persons to come n see n sort the issues irregularly. Everynow n then its the same problem.
I NEED TO HAVE COMPENSATION OF THE LOSS OF OUR BUSINESS + THE AMOUNT OF TIME WE SPEND JUST TO FOLLOW UP EVERYTIME, MAKING CALLS TO THERE CALL CENTRE SOMETIMES CHARGEABLE + VISITING THERE BR FOR MAKING THE COMPLAINT OR CHECKING THE STATUS + WRONG INFORMATION GETTING EVERYTIME FROM THERE SERVICE TEAM. I WILL STILL INSIST ON MY DEMAND FOR THE ABOVE, AS ITS NOT POSSIBLE FOR US TO FOLLOWUP EVERYTIME.
OR YOU GUYS JUST SAY THAT YOU CANT GIVE PERMANENT RESOLUTION N WE WILL APPLY WITH SOMEONE ELSE FOR IT.
JUST 10 MTRS AWAY IS MY RESIDENCE N I DONT FACE THIS TYPE OF PROBLEMS N THATS THE REASON WHY I HAVE TAKEN ALL MY CONNECTIONS WITH AIRTEL ONLY.
THE PLACE WHERE IS I NEED 24X7 SERVICE N ASSISTANCE, NO ONE IS TAKING THE RESPONSIBILITY NOR GIVE US ANY CLAIMS.

I need your help to get the issue sorted n claim paid.

Pls note the complain number given to me on 28/8/13 was 37767118 n was confirmed that it will be rectified by 6pm on 28/8/13. i called them again on 29/08/13 n it was said it will be rectified by 8pm after speaking to them in harsh voice, they said within an hour it will be rectified, which was not attended till now. today again i spoke to them @ 2.20pm n they now say it will be rectified by 8pm today. everyday different stories n when i tell them i will escalate the issue with consumer forum, they say… “sure sir, you can go to consumer forum”. these company employees think they are the only service providers in the country n talk as if they are not scared of consumer forums.

    I think you all shud take strict action this time against the company n employess also who talk in this way. they don’t u/s what problem we face. We have taken up a service and are paying them. When we delay the payment they charge us Rs.75 for late payment, why are we not liable to get the claim from these companies when our work gets suffered for improper services.

    I await a positive reply n a permanent solution to the issue at the earliest or else they shud give us a alternate solution like USB or just tell us they cannot provide the proper service, so that we can look for other options.

    First of all,
    The above email no one replies.
    24×7 is wrong. There is never a call back from you guys. So pls stop writing disclaimers.
    Today again I spoke to customer care as I’m writing this message n they said by Tom ie Sunday 12.30, this will be done. Pl add some value to your commitments. Every 15-20 days the same cable problem is an excuse. Now the supervisor says only today they have checked the cable which will b replaced only Tom with a permanent resolution and this message is recorded. Lets see now when this gets rectified n till how long it works as until last four days they were giving wrong commitments that we are looking at the issue n it will be rectified soon. It’s proved that I was being given false commitments.

    People at consumer forum, pl get the recorded messages from the call centers n escalate the issue for giving false commitments. I’m also awaiting your reply on the claims.

    First of all, with whom did you had a discussion, surely not me.
    also till date this issue is still unresolved n no update has been received by me.

    Only we have to follow. Airtel will never call back.

    The ppl from airtel had visited the place on saturday i.e. 31/8/13 n had assured the issue will be resolved the following day ie sunday 1/9/13.

    After that, we are trying to contact that guy n he is not replying to our calls.
