Technical and Billing support always shows irresponsible towards the customer

Hi

i have been using hathway internet from past 11 months and facing lot of problems especially whenever technical problem arises..calling for help to the technical support people of hathway of no use but paying the bill unnecessarily without using the internet properly.when keep on follow up with the technical support team every time they will give you fake answers and they will try to solve in 4-5 days that too if you are keep on calling them.when we are asking frequently for help they will talk in harsh manner which is not at all fair.
No managers will take care even if there is any escalation, even when i raised a request for disconnection they wont come up but we have to pay the bill without any reason.

So please when ever you are going for hathway connection , i advice you not to take by listening to the hathway people initially.

Due to this i failed to get work from home option from my office and also struggled alot as one knows how internet is important in daily life now.
