We would like to draw your kind attention to the fact that 1 no Railway Ticket (PNR – 8704255386), from Nagpur to Kolkata by the Duranto Express, (DOJ – 20/7/2012) was procure through Cleartrip.Com. The Booking was made under Trip Id 1207195535.
As a result of the Train being more than 3 hours late we had to cancel the ticket and file a TDR (Reference No: ekt2012072005240768).(IRCTC reference to Case #: 133552. )
Even after the lapse of nearly one year, we regret to inform you that our legitimate dues have not yet been paid either by Cleartrio.com or IRCTC.
Sir, we would therefore very much appreciate your taking necessary steps so that the our grievance is suitably looked into and a redressal of the same is effected at an early date.
