I have a Tata Sky connection id no.1019847803 which was showing ‘No Signal’. I called up Tata Sky helpline and someone came and changed the set top box. This was in April 2012. I was charged for this service. Now again on June 19th the Set top box showed no signal so I called up the Tata Sky helpline no. on 20th June to lodge a complaint. The customer helpline executive registered my complaint and gave me a log no. 1/14903747568. He asked me if I was in front of the TV and since I was in office I asked him to give a call 2 hrs later. I did not receive any call till date. When I called Tata Sky today ie 27th June and asked them if they will charge me for the days I have not been able to view the TV, they said yes they would charge me for those days as well. I would like to register my complaint against this fraud company, which is earning money by using such methods to earn money without providing services and not keeping up their commitment.
