tatasky service tooooo bad

dear sir, myself vishal. my contact no. is 9716480602. i had purchased tatasky from a shop at sec.4 gurgaon.they fixed the wrong set up box at our home n ours to someone else.wen we complained that it is not our id, they said u recharge it n watch ,its no issue.we did the same now after 1 year the owner of tatasky set up box has closed it for ever.we complained to tata sky either start it or give us our set up box.they said recharge yours set up box n we will give u your id on the set up box u have we did the same.but nothing happened.we kept on calling them bt they just made excuse n now ten days r past.bt its not working.we have spent a lot of money in making call to them n recharging tata sky set up bos unnecessarily.bt they r just giving us the 24 hrs time each n every day.we make call to them 2 or three times a day for 30 mints to 1 hr each time.but they r not doing anything else.every person in customer care office knows that we r complaing for a long time.bt they just make us a fool every time.pls help us .what should we do we r just fed up with them.
