TATADOCOMO LOOTING BALACE

Name of company/service: TATADOCOMO GSM

I’m using TATADOCOMO GSM Sim in my mobile,NO. 8089419744. They are automatically renewing dialer tunes in my number without my permission and several time I lost balance from my prepaid account. Those sudden looting of balance cost missing important calls on the way of life…this is unacceptable . the i got a message from 54321 that for deactivating caller tune dial 54321(toll free) and they said it is toll free..but after 10 second they are taking 5ps/sec .This to be questioned. Now I’m porting my sim to BSNL..and I hope the authority will open their eyes.

    Kindly be informed that the amount of Rs.10 has been adjusted in the number and the CRBT service has been deactivated from the customer number and there is no issue now
