Tata Voltas AC 1.5 ton only 11 month old is not working at all, even LED at the touch panel is not displaying. It’s completely shuted off. We are facing this kind of problem from the starting of the purchase.
It’s a humble request to look into the matter. Else, I need to complain to grahak seva Kendra.

Dear sir,
I had purchase voltas AC three years back 1.5 ton split AC from the first year AC has a cooling problem no body takes care of it i launch complaints to Customer care but when engineer came to see they can’t do anything for AC. They fill gas in pipes and takes money. After some days again gass leakes. No body takes care of fault. Now I decided to go for consumer forum and launches court case against voltas. Bcoz voltas gave me faulty product and can not replace it. Also bcoz of voltas i am harassed by the company. I requests so many times to Customer care to resolve my problem but no body cares.

If my complaint can not resolve in next one week I mark mail to pm Modi ji. To take strict action to these companies. Which gives faulty products to Customers and can’t replace it. And I also gives advertisement in news channels against voltas.

Hi this is Sai Kumar , we purchased TATA VOLTAS 1.5 ton AC an year back .
Now from few days it’s not working properly that means cool air is not coming and water is also not coming out.
We also done service but it is not working.
