Tata Sky – WORST SERVICES — POOR COMPLAINT HANDLING

WORST SERVICE EVER !!! I LODGED A COMPLAIN ON 02nd October 2014, REGARDING DISRUPTION MY SERVICES AS I WAS NOT ABLE TO SEE DUE TO SOME TECHNICAL REASONS !!! IT WAS TOLD TO ME ON NEXT DAY MY COMPLAINT WILL BE RESOLVED PERMENANTLY BUT NO ONE HAS ATTAINED THE CALL TILL NOW … FIRST I GOT SMS STATING COMPLAINT NO F4M6ITB WILL BE ATTAINED ON 03RD OCT 14 THEN I GOT A CALL FROM THE SERVICE GUY MR. AJAY ( 08419947259) FOR CONFIRMING MY ADDRESS AND HIS VISIT .. BUT NO ONE VISITED THEN I GOT ANOTHER SMS CONFIRMING RE-SHEDULED VISIT ON 04TH OCT 14 .. I GOT A CALL FROM THE SAME SERVICE GUY MR. AJAY ( 08419947259) FOR CONFIRMING HIS VISIT, BUT TILL NOW NO ONE HAS COME TO MY PLACE, I HAVE BEEN CALLING 4 TO 5 TIMES SINCE THESE 3 DAYS … NO SOLUTION TILL NOW !!! TERRIBLE SERVICE… IN THE FIRST MONTH OF CONNECTION I AM FACING SUCH PROBLEMS..AND MOST PATHETIC RESPONSES… ALL FALSE PROMISES WHENEVER I CALL !!! DO LOOK INTO THE MATTER ASAP
