I HAD APPLIED FOR A TATASKY+ HD CONNECTION AND THE ENGINEER WHICH HAD COME FOR THE CONNECTION HAS DONE A LOUSY JOB. THE CABLE IS RUN THROUGH THE WINDOW INSTEAD OF THE WALL. THE ENGINEER SAID THAT HE WOULD COME THE NEXT DAY WITH A DRILL TO PULL THE WIRE THROUGH THE WALL BUT HE HAS NOT DONE SO YET. TWO COMPLAINTS (#1-19874112587 AND 1-19914837155) HAVE BEEN MADE TO THE TATASKY CONSUMER HELPLINE AND THEY HAVE NOT YET ADDRESSED THE ISSUE.
I NOW WANT TO LAUNCH A FORMAL COMPLAINT AGAINST TATASKY
