This is to bring to your kind notice about how I have been over charge according to plan offer by tata indicom executive.
Between 18th June to 20 June, 2012 I got continues call from Anita Das (cell no. 8961125936) one of the sales executive of Tata proton plus from Joy Communication an authorized dealer of Tata Indicom, saying that there is an offer me i.e “Rs.300 per month 2GB unlimited (2GB at 3.1MBPS and then after 32 KBps speed)”, on requesting for plan details, she mail me a plan copy. On intimating her about my old Tata Proton plus device she agreed to activate connection in the same device. She sent her person to my house to collect documents, and took Rs 200 as activation charge to activate my old device.
After 3 to 4 days the photon executive (Anita Das ) called and informed me that they can’t activated my old proton device due to some device problem and advised me to take new device , I refuse to purchased new device. After an hour she called back and offered me new device at discounted rate of Rs 600. I accepted the offer i.e new proton plus device at Rs 600 with Rs. 300 per month plan (2GB unlimited at speed of 3.1MBps and then after 32 KBps speed). Tata Photon executives (cell no. 9230555572 and 8981245647) came to my home on 28.06.12 to deliver and activate the new device and made me fill up new application form. There after Anita Das called and conform me that my proton plus was activated with plan Rs. 300 per month (2GB unlimited).
At month end I received the Bill with some other plan(Rs.300 for 0.5 GB after that Rs.0.20/ MB) activated instated of offered plan.
