I am a subscriber to Tata Photon post paid connection (9266165445) with A/c No. 909018163.
Since last 10-12 days I have been experiencing very slow speed(Whiz) even though I am yet to utilise the 6GB high speed(photon plus) that comes free with the plan that I have subscribed to. As on 29/11/2013, I have consumed only 2020 MB.
Despite repeated calls to the customer care and their acknowledgement of the problem and their regular assurances, the problem is yet to be resolved causing lot of problems and stress.
