Dear sir,
I got a broadband connection from tata indicom 5 month back bearing Phone number attached 9243502804. While selling the device they offered me speed of 3.1 mbps and not less than 756kbps. I never got this speed ever from the day the connection is active. I logged complaints with customer care (1800266121), nodal desk (9036000121) and all the possible web portals. The issue never got resolved. Twice from customer care mddesk, they send field engineer to my place and issue was not resolved. When second time person visited, he collected signal parameter and told the issue with signal and told me that passive antenna to be installed to boost signal strength. I keep following up with customer care, still I did not see any alternative solution provided or passive antenna installed as committed by MDDesk. Now they are asking me to wait till may 1st 2012 because cluster upgradation going on in my area. If the issue can resolved by installing passive antenna, why I have to wait till that?
This is the Worst product and service experience I ever faced. Really unprofessional in approach and handling the issue.
I am maintaining the speed log noted. If any one wanted I will produce it.
kind take this forward and resolve my issue or refund my device amount
