Hello,
I had purchased Tata Docomo Photon+ (of plan Rs1200/- per month post
paid plan at Karnataka-Bangalore ) in the month of December’11 and
from the very first day I am having severe speed and connection
problem at my home. I used to get from 0 to 60 kbps (at max it used to
go upto 150 kbps) and signal strength from 0 to 60%. So that I lodged
complain in the month of December (292405181) . After a lot of phone
calls and talking with customer care service, at the beginning of
January (may be 4th or 5th of January) one service person visited my
home to check the connection and he also lodged problem report to the
local service center and I received a SMS on mobile that my problem
will be resolved within 31st of January. Unfortunately I did not get
any call/any mail from their side after that. Only when I used to
send mail or call to your customer service by asking what is the
status of my complain they used to say you will get call with in 48
hours but unfortunately after even 148 (hypothetically) hrs I used to
not get any call from Tata photon. But they dont ever forget to send
bill of full amount after end of every month. I bears this situation
for two months and paid 1200/- every months without getting any
service and support from them. After being really annoyed by them I
stopped paying from April’2012. I started to get calls very frequently
from them after that. Almost every other day I was asked by different
person that why I am not paying and on 13th April suddenly I received
a mail that complain 305311963 is resolved !!!! Though nothing was
done and I gave unsatisfied feedback to their resolution.
After someday a lady called me asked me the same questions , after a
lot discussion she asked whether I want cancellation of connection. I
said “yes” and from then I did not receive any Tata Photon call or
bill at my mail. I thought I got rid of the problem but I was wrong.
In last month (July’12) a person identified himself as Venkatash and
manager of Koramangala office and asked me again why I did not paid
Rs. 2032 as pending bill amount of month of March. I simply denied to
pay money of anymore. Then a lady from the number +918044112210 call
me and told me she is calling from legal department of TATA photon and
threaten me legally and also told me If I pay atleast 50% of total
amount then she will cancel everything from their end and I will not
get any call or harassment from them. Then I asked them to send a mail
with payment link where I can make payment . Venkatash send me a
BangaloreOne link from his personal email ID and I made payment of Rs.
1000 on the link.
Last 10th of Aug’2012 Again I got a mail and call from
a lady operator that I should be paying immediately remaining Rs. 1032!! and on Yesterday(9th -Sep ) The TOLD ME THEY ARE SENDING ME LEGAL NOTICE for payment!!
I am really harassed by them and I had paid consecutive two months
without having any service additionally the last 1000 Rs. Now If I pay
Rs 1032 again they will send bill of Rs 1200 in next month. I really
want your help to get rid on that. Rs 1032 is not very much amount but
they are seeking money like a thief without giving service I want to
protest on that.
