Dear Sir,
i have taken Tata photon (post paid)no.9268820519 and due to less use i request to convert it into prepaid and they done it and ask for documents for that then send their executive and he collected my all required documents with photograph to continue prepaid . but after 3 days they disconnect my internet service without any information when i called to their customer care they reply me they done it due to non submit the documents . gain i submit the document but they did not active same reply they did not receive …
then i went to their jail road office and give all the documents again but they did not accept that documents and said id is not clear while the active my post paid first time on the same document’s now i am very faid up what should i do i cant bear so much money to buy another connection and they are not answering me properly . now i requested you to solve my problem i am mently distrub due to this.again i requested you to solve the problem i have same document and how i can change my document to give fresh copy…….
