I m a user of tata photon , i m facing the problem of some billing related matter with the tata docomo, its was from the month april , i have submit my bill through online payment from my bank account by net banking , but their data based shows its not updated,even i have sent my bank detailed summary through email , from the last 3 months i m calling photon care , and every time they give me more and more time, when i say thaat forward my call to some higher person , they always gave me the option of call back from their side , but till know i m getting only 2 -3 calls from them s,saying give us some more time, my services ae closed from the last month, i m totally feed up with the TATA PHOTON CARE , they are not helping , they are just doing time pass. THEY THINK THAT CUSTOMER IS NOT SUPREME, for them we are just useless having no value.please help me resolve this problem. eamil me – [email protected]
