I am getting call from TATA DOCOMO saying that they have logged a complaint in Civil court against me for not paying Tata Docomo data card bill. I took the Photon 3g connection on May 2013. I had given a complaint about my photon 3G connection not working on May 2013 complaint number is 363992563 . And same complaint had been closed on July 2013 automatically without resolving the issue. I had called to customer care several times about the complaint and every time they used to say that you will get a call from corresponding department with in 24 hr but I never get a call and also sent several mail to [email protected]. As the issue was not resolved for two months and closed the request automatically .I have informed same to customer care people and they promised me that only they can wave off the bill once I got the bill because I payed the advanced rental. After I got the bill I called the customer care for the Wave off the bill and corresponding request number is 382887247 and given the resolving date 8th Aug 2013. But this request was not resolved by 8th Aug 2013. When I called to Customer care they on 9th Aug 2013 they promised me that it will get resolved in 24 hr. But after 24 hr also it was not resolved then I requested for cancelling my net service.Since I have not able to use my Photon connection for two months and I have been paid for those two months.
Please kindly help me in resolving this issue?
