Tata Photan WIFI

I bought a Tata Photan WIFI connection,

Then everytime I was facing the problem regarding internet connectivity, I have logged so many complaints regarding this issue, every time they said you will receive a call from our end within four hours, even I wrote a 5, 6 mails and tried to contact them online every time they said you will receive a call within four hours for technical assistance.
After having this issue I was continuously paying my bills, but connectivity becomes worse, then finally I ask them to disconnect my connection and take your instrument back and return my money of the instrument, but they respond very badly over on it.
Now I am requesting to kindly take an action against them and help me get my all months money, which I paid against their bill as well as instrument amount..
